I had written on before. Might be able to track it down. Ile Morice might have it.
Bigger than a recruitment telegram, we'd need someone to keep buying stamps. 2500 won't last long.

I'm helping LA to set up an API that we can use to recruit. Given a good telegram and good software, with that set up we could probably recruit 1-2 nations a day. |
