This is the trial of . has been accused of blackmail, harassement and threats of serious nature.
Both parties may say "objection". You will then say "objection" then give a reason why. Examples are relevance, leading a witness to a conclusion, hear say or the prosecution or the defence witnessing. There are other reason that you might be able to use. The judge can say "sustained" or "overruled". If the judge says "sustained then the othe rparty will be forced to take back their statement and the jury will disregard the statement. If you keep doing anything that can be objected knowingly they will be kicked out of the court.
We will first start with opening statements. Opening statements are going to include what you are going to prove, an overview of how the court will look and anything else that may be needed in your opinion. If you present arguements in the opening statements you will not be allowed to use those
arguements later on in the trial. first it will be the prosecution then the defence and this will follow in the entire trial, first the prosecution then the defence.
then it wil be the witnesses. first the prosecution will give all their witnesses then the defence. If the prosecution has talked to the witness and are done the defence will then crosss examine the witness. When the prosecution has presented all their witnesses and the defence has cross examined, the defence will then present their witnesses. After each witness has been presented the prosecution will then cross examine.
when that is done the evidence will be presented and discussed.
The closing statements will all be given. As in the opening statement the closing statement can't have any arguements in them. the closing statement can include what you believe you have proven and then what youhope the jury will see and what you think they should vote.
The jury will then vote in the jury chamber. the jury will vote on each crime the defendent has been accused of.
If found guilty the judge will give a punishment that is fitting. If any party wishes to over rule the punishment they can and it will then be held in the parliament.
