Parliamentary Statesman Act, 2020
[2nd July, 2020]
An Act to provide a new position of statesman and vest the position with certain powers.
BE it enacted by the Parliament as follows: -
Section 1. Short title :-
1.This Act shall be called as ‘Parliamentary Statesman Act, 2020.
Section 2. Restrictions on the Statesman :-
1.The Statesman shall have no ministerial authority.
2.The Statesman shall not direct any domestic and foreign movements.
3.The Statesman shall work in the regional boundaries under the direction of Ministers.
4.The Statesman shall have no voting rights in the parliament.
5.The Statesman shall not be an M.P
Section 3. Invitation by the Ministry/President :-
1.The Statesman shall Present the Bill on invitation of a Minister or the President.
2.The Statesman shall explain the benefits of the bill.
3.If at any point, if the Statesman has created a bill not on the invitation then after a cabinet approval and the requested changes have been done the Bill shall be Presented by the Statesman in the Parliament.
4.The Statesman shall have the authority to create bills and present them in the parliament.
5.The Statesman shall have the right to get the credits for the bills made by him/her.
6.The Statesman shall have the floor for presenting the bills.
Section 4. Elections of the Statesman :-
1.Any citizen unless restricted by the court shall have the right to run for the Statesman elections.
2.The Founder/President can allow a Candidate to run even if restricted by the court.
3.The Elections of Statesman will happen every 4 months after the General elections.
