You say, ‘it was a mistake to label the opposition communist and incompetent’ But you insisted on spreading that information like the truth before now. I dispute your ability to consider someone completely incompetent then realize it was a ‘mistake’.

I never even came close to insinuating that the times editor was your puppet. They simply published an article in their newspaper that was written by you, and contained slanderous statements. Further examples: United Nations organisation wrote: The green Reformist party is Communist That's called as turncoat which you are Its Inner AginanaUsordia's mistake which shows how incompetent he is. The baseless accusation that we were communist is insulting. We have supported complete democracy from the founding of our party. Also, the constant attempts to label opposition as incompetent waxes redundant in my eyes. My friend, Law says "Freedom of speech" I have not abused you nor your party neither I have made a call which can break our region [Inner made a call during the DRSA merge which was a attempt to break the region] I object, Your honor I ask your permission to absolve this charge too as the prosecution isn't even sure what to say. First the Prosecution says "I now present the articles in which the defendant has slandered citizens and opposition alike. The Times Editor wrote: When we say Lasagna is Improving we don't see these YOU jokers This is absolutely unfounded. The nations made exactly zero moves politically, which neither confirmed nor detracted from their claim to validity. The values of the nations themselves represented a wide array of political, social, and economic viewpoints, with little record of flippant leadership in any of the nations." Your honor my articles said "When we say Lasagna is Improving we see these YOU jokers ." So the prosecution is manipulating words and making their own statements. Secondly the NDF government made a referendum on the YOU nation issue and people's majority was to remove them so the government did the same. Your honor now if we consider that it was a mistake to label the opposition communist and incompetent then the opposition too, without any proof said that the government was corrupt so isn't it a baseless accusation? your objection is overruled. If the accusation is false then the jury will vote down in that charge

www.nationstates.net/page=display_region_rmb/region=lasagna?start=1136I only ask that the jury scrutinize this post and its list of falsehoods. First, this introduction: ‘The same party you support opposed Citizenship form, the same party opposed new Constitution, the same party opposed Party system, the same party you support opposed all merges.’ We never opposed the Citizenship forms. We actually support it, because it ensures the government's and voters' transparency and trustworthiness. We did oppose the new constitution when it was introduced, because we felt the previous one did its job well enough. That was before the region became more active and more government management was necessary. We never opposed the Party system. If it were not for the party system, the NDF would have no opposition after they won the presidential election, so we are very much in favor of having multiple parties for voters to join. We only opposed one of the merges. The proposed merge with Democratic Republic of Southern Africa was agreed on by no more than three members of the government at the time, and required all citizens to move to the new region and leave this one to be puppet storage. The other two merges were not detrimental to our region, so we supported them. We most certainly opposed the initiative to eject and ban all of the You Puppet nations from Lasagna. We found no evidence of them doing anything other than existing, and felt that their rights were no less than any other citizens'. Truthfully, we see it as our party's greatest failure to not convince more citizens to protect the rights of 532 innocent nations. We disagreed with, but did not protest, the citizenship initiative. We believed that not all nations had to join, only the ones that wanted to vote. The ones that did not join could exist peacefully under our plan, but the NDF wanted everyone to become a citizen then remove all non-citizens.

I agree, because there is nothing for you to deny. The repression of freedom is the final accusation I present. Without concrete evidence United Nations organisation ejected four completely innocent residents of Lasagna. Three of them, Sorakos, Mai Gava, and Bepis Tent, were new members of the Lasagna Green Reform Party, and were ejected to lessen opposition to the NDF. These nations were alleged to be abusive and crass in responses, but no concrete evidence has been shown in favor of their misdeeds. With the previous 500+ ejections supported by UNO, these constant abuses of the authority to eject and ban nations from Lasagna is unparalleled in this region's history and mandates a punishment for the dereliction of democracy, and more importantly, the constitution.

Your honor I have a evidence which says that this case should be brought to the parliament where a voting should happen and this case s closed. So without further a due I would like to tell the supreme court that constitution's Article 3 parliament and its section 6 Vote of no confidence procedures, clause one "Any member of Parliament, the Head of Defense, any appointed Ministers, or other government positions can be removed from office by a 65% majority vote by Parliament." So I would suggest the court to dismiss this case and either move it to parliament or leave it.

UNOs request has been granted. The trial will begin again when the parliament has been set up for this trial.
